Terms and Conditions of Use

This document governs the use of the SplitDrive application, developed by Manuel López Zürcher, based in Spain, contact email manu@splitdrive.app.

2. Purpose

The purpose of the application is to facilitate the indicative sharing of expenses arising from the shared use of a vehicle among several drivers or passengers, in a transparent and understandable way.

3. Use of the application

• Use the application responsibly and in accordance with the law.
• Enter real and correct data.
• Do not use the application for fraudulent or illegal purposes.

Access to and use of the application is free unless otherwise indicated.

4. Indicative nature of the information

The calculations and expense sharing provided by the application are merely indicative.

• It does not replace private agreements between users.
• It has no legal or contractual validity.
• It is not responsible for discrepancies, disagreements, or conflicts arising from the use of the information displayed.

Each user is responsible for verifying and accepting the results.

5. Liability

• The developer is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect data entered by users.
• Decisions made based on the calculations provided by the application.
• Direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the app.

6. Intellectual property

All content of the application (design, texts, logos, code, etc.) is owned by the developer or used with authorization. Reproduction or use without express consent is prohibited.

7. Modifications

The developer reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective from their publication.

8. Applicable law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For any conflict that may arise, the parties will submit to the courts and tribunals of Spain.
